The redesiged Beneteau 473 combines extraordinary interior comfort, volume, and light with bluewater strength. Designed by Groupe Finot, this design offers a unique combination of elegant lines with extraordinary space and performance. The 473 boasts more features and creature comforts than ever before in a boat this size. The Beneteau 473 was awarded 2001 Boat of the Year Best Production Cruiser.

Boarding the yacht from the stern, the sugar scoop offers a generous sized swim platform for easily entering the boat from a floating dock, or from in the water. A fresh water washdown is accessible in this area for rinsing the salt off of your gear. Moving forward the expansive aft deck is shaded by a large bimini top. Twin steering wheels make adjusting your heading easy from either side of the craft. A console in the middle of the cockpit folds out to offer alfresco dining for six. When collapsed, there is plenty of room to walk freely about. Electric winches make sailing this yacht stress free and fun. There is plenty of space to access the bow from either the port or starboard gunnel. Going below, you will find the well equipped galley to starboard, and a large horse shoe sofa to port converts to a bunk for additional guests. Forward is the master stateroom which offers the convenience of an ensuite head with separate shower stall. Aft to port is the queen guest stateroom. There is a dayhead aft with a shower. Rich dark woods on the interior complement this yachts European heritage.
