54' Offshore Yachts 2004 Nancy Darlin

Featuring the very popular VIP floor plan with two private stairwells and two full beam staterooms with the master amidships. "Nancy Darlin" is a stabilized yacht with bow thruster and a 2018 interfaced and networked Garmin Electronics package and new AB RIB tender with electric start Yamaha. Her engines are the upgraded Cat C-12'S with very low original hours.

Very rare to find a 54 Offshore with low hours as this one, as most of these have been extensively cruised as they were designed for. A very handsome yacht with a proven pedigree and the perfect LRC for the owner operator.

Her overall condition is quite good, with no known damage or defect history. For sale due to owners change of plans, she is aggressively priced.

Featuring the Mid-Ship master, dual stairwell layout with VIP accommodations for the guests, and two luxurious full beam staterooms. "Nancy Darlin" features teak and Holly flooring throughout the entire vessel and a beautiful satin finish natural teak interior. With her covered side decks and stairwell access to the Flybridge, she has all of the most desirable features of a modern pilothouse LRC.

Vessel boarding is through the transom gate from the swim platform or the port or starboard side deck doors. Decks are full walk-around and covered by the massive flybridge overhangs and have high Bulwarks for safety.

The spacious single level Cockpit is protected by a fiberglass overhang from the Boat Deck. There is a hinged hatch forward that leads into the engine room as well as an aft one for Lazarette storage. A ladder with Bomar hatch leads up from the aft deck to the boat deck.

Step up into the Salon with a settee and dining table to port with an occasional chair and entertainment system to starboard. Next forward (on the same level) is the gourmet Galley. Across to starboard is the stairwell to the mid-ship master stateroom. There is a hinged hatch in salon floor with a (second) ladder access to the engine room.

Up two steps to the Pilothouse with full controls, a settee/dinette which can be used as a berth, and port and starboard side deck doors. A stairwell from the Pilothouse leads below to the VIP queen berth cabin with a private Head and shower and a Laundry Center.

There is a gentle stairwell  leading from the Pilothouse to the Flybridge (through a full height) door with a centerline helm, dual helm seats, L-shaped bench seating and two teak trimmed tables. Additionally, there is a full wet bar, complete electronics and aft to the Boat Deck. There is a rigid frame powder coated aluminum half tower with a new canvas top integrated with the radar arch for maximum sun protection.

Up  from the Cockpit through split sliding doors, is the Salon. Immediately to port is a built-in newly upholstered (2018) settee with storage below. The settee can seat four to five people comfortably. Here there is a teak hi-lo table with drop leaves. Table is adjustable from coffee table height to dining height.

Across to starboard is the TV cabinet with two cabinet doors below. Forward of this cabinet are two reading chairs and forward of this, is a large teak cabinet with a burlwood top. This serves as a divider for the master stateroom stairwell. Also in the Salon are Cellular shades over the side and aft windows, eleven overhead halogen lights, a teak valance with rope lighting around the windows and a pleated shade for the door.

Going forward and up three steps leads to the Pilothouse.

The Pilothouse offers excellent visibility and features port and starboard aircraft style pocket doors.  Aft to port is a raised L-shaped upholstered settee with a height adjustable burlwood table. There is a pass-through hatch to the flybridge above the settee and an open see-through aft from the helm station.

The helm area features two Pompanette Platinum Series teak ladder back helm seats.

The helm is wraparound and includes an overhead console with additional equipment. To both port and starboard, are side deck access doors that slide aft.

An extra Sub Zero refrigerator is built into a granite topped cabinet is at the base of the five curved steps leading to the Flybridge.

The dual entrance to the VIP/Day Head is to port and the VIP Cabin itself is forward. The VIP Cabin is in the fore-peak of the yacht and has an island queen-size berth with rope lighting and four teak drawers below the berth. Built-in shelves serve as nightstands. Twin reading lights flank the beveled edge mirrored doors that lead to the rope locker.

On the port side are two storage cabinets, a unique cabinet with the TV hinged for viewing from the berth. Next aft, is a cedar-lined auto lit two door hanging locker. On the aft bulkhead is a chest of three teak drawers with a burlwood top and a beveled edge dressing mirror above. To starboard are three storage cabinets and a two door cedar lined auto lit hanging locker. Above on both sides are two more cabinet doors and an opening port light behind a small Roman shade. Overhead is an escape hatch with a sliding shade.
